For young stock, brood mares, retired and resting horses
All year grazing on undulated permanent pasture with automatic water troughs.
Front shoes allowed where needed, at owners cost
Horses will be checked daily. Hay will be provided when needed and will be billed in addition to the livery charge.
Stables will be made available if needed for sickness or injury and charged accordingly.

Includes
1x fully rubber matted stable with automatic water drinkers, hay or haylage, 2 bales of snowflake soft chip bedding a week, hard feed*, use of manege, use of walker and all year turn out**.

Horses will be mucked out, hayed, turned out, brought in, rugs changed and feet picked out.
All other services will be charged for.

Horses will be prepared and ridden at competition by Kylie Roddy who currently competes up to 5* level.
Competition, schooling, entry, start fees and travelling fees are charged out separately.
All vets, farrier, physio bills are billed direct to owners.

Kylie is a qualified BHSI qualified instructor, regularly teaches local Pony Clubs and holds a range of clinics on site in all disciplines.
She is available to teach private lessons at Chiltern Vale Farm and cross country schooling lessons at a wide variety of locations.
Kylie can also travel to teach at various locations.
